1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in your own name. ff7777 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ff7777 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Bonus credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions have been met.
• ff7777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ff7777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus credits are not immediately withdrawable. They must be converted to real-money balance by completing the stated wagering requirement (playthrough) before any withdrawal can be made from your bonus balance.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

ff7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by ff7777.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Non-use of the account for a consecutive period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance held in the account wallet (excluding bonus credits and funds under investigation) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to a fraud or legal hold.
